With private health insurances such as ottonova Study Secure Premium, you will receive the reimbursement for the medical treatment after you submit the invoices to ottonova for reimbursement.
Invoices can be easily submitted and reimbursed via the ottonova app* as follows:
- Step 1: start the ottonova app and click on the plus "+" icon at the bottom of the screen, then choose "Submit document" from the list.
- Step 2: take a photo of the invoice or upload a photo of your invoice that has already been taken
- Step 3: click on "Submit document" when you have uploaded or photographed all pages of your invoices
- Step 4: get your reimbursement according to your tariff
You can track the processing status of your invoice in your timeline on the app. Please contact the ottonova service team directly on the ottonova app for the progress of your reimbursement.
If the reimbursement is processed before the deadline of your invoice payment, you might not have to pay for the treatment yourself in advance!
