You can easily update your connected account details for the monthly blocked account payouts under the Blocked account section on your Expatrio app if your blocked account is live (you are getting monthly payouts).
If for any reason you can not update your connected account details yourself you can contact our customer support team for help.
To update your connected bank account IBAN, we require a bank document that states your full name and the IBAN that you want to use for your future payouts. The document can be any document given by your bank, for example:
- Account statement
- Account opening statement
- Bank Letter
- Payment receipt
- IBAN/SWIFT Confirmation Letter
Please attach one of the above documents to your request and also write us your new IBAN and BIC. We will then manually update your connected account details for you.

Once your connected account details are updated your blocked account payment schedule will be automatically updated, and your future monthly payments will be transferred to your new account details.
Please note: Your monthly disbursements can only be made to a SEPA account opened under your name!
