Yes you can transfer up to 25,000 Euros to your blocked account.

Your pending amount is the amount you need to transfer according to the monthly blocked amount you choose (usually 992 Eur) and the length of your blocked account (usually 12 months), together with the fees. 

The Maximum amount allowed is €25,000 the maximum amount anyone can transfer to their blocked account. It does not change according to your monthly amount or the length of your blocked account as your pending amount.

The minimum amount you can transfer is almost %10 of your pending amount. 

If you are asked by visa authorities to show proof of funds for your university tuition fees, you can add this to your Blocked Account in the form of your Unblocked Amount or Additional Basic Sum(if visa authority especially requested). Your 06 Blocked Amount Confirmation letter will show these funds!
