- Neither part of Expatrio’s nor our partner MANGOPAY’s own assets and, being solely for the benefit of the Customers, are protected from the claims of Expatrio’s or MANGOPAY’s other creditors.
- Not included as part of the assets of Expatrio as service provider or MANGOPAY as Payment account institution in the event of its liquidation, bankruptcy or any other situation affecting its creditors’ rights.
Moreover, the financial institution that provides the infrastructure for the Escrow Account is one of the best-known institutions in the world and the Expatrio Blocked Account is a government licensed service.
