Your account cannot expire and has no specific expiration date or active usage period. It will not be blocked or erased from the platform because you are not using it for a while.
The only issue that might appear is the case when the account was created and money was transferred but the activation did not take place. In such a case Expatrio reserves the right to charge additional monthly fees. Still, the account would be accessible for its owner and open for activation.
If you lost access to the account because you forgot the password or registered the account on the wrong email address you can always change the password while logging in here or by contacting our customer support inquiring to change your email.
