If you decided that you want to receive your monthly payments from your Blocked Account to another bank account, you would need to change the IBAN and BIC.
In order to change your detials:
- Log in to the Expatrio User Portal
- Go to the Blocked Account section
- Scroll down to the Connected account section and open it
- Use the Change IBAN button there
- Fill in the new IBAN and BIC
The account which you want to use for getting monthly Blocked Account payments must be opened in your name. Otherwise, the transactions cannot be transferred.
Once you update your connected account details your next monthly payment will be transferred to your new account.
