If you decided that you want to get your monthly payments from your Blocked Account on another bank account than the one you provided earlier you would need to change the IBAN and BIC. In order to change them:
- Log in to the Expatrio User Portal
- Choose Blocked Account section (on the left side of the menu, as shown in the image below)
- Push "Request IBAN change" button (on the right side of the page, as shown in the image)
- Fill in the new IBAN and BIC
Note: The account which you want to use for getting monthly Blocked Account payments must be opened in your name. Otherwise, the transactions would be impossible.
