How can I check the balance of my Blocked Account online?
If you want to know the current balance of your Blocked Account you can easily access it by logging in to the Expatrio User Portal by following these steps (the video above explains in details how to proceed):
- Sign in to the Expatrio User Portal
- Under "Products", click on "Blocked Account"
- On that page, you can check your current Blocked Account Balance on top of the page as indicated below.
How can I download my Bank Statement?
You can also download your account balance statement. This document provides the incoming and outgoing transactions of your Blocked Account history. You may need this to provide evidence of the existing funds of your Blocked Account, or for the request of the Sperrfreigabe.
You will need to login to the Expatrio Portal, select 'Documents' from the menu in the top right corner, and then from here you will need to click 'Downloads'. You are able to download all necessary documents related to your services with Expatrio, as well as your account balance statement.
