If your actual incoming date is different from the one you mentioned while applying for Blocked Account, Value Package or any other service provided by Expatrio, we ask that you please update your arrival date in your user portal.
To do this, you will need to login to the Expatrio Portal and select 'Personal Data' on the left column. From here scroll down to find Study Information.
Then select Edit Information in the bottom right corner.

Here you can make the necessary changes to your Arrival Date In Germany.
This is especially important for your Incoming Insurance and for Private Health Insurance, as the insurance start date is taken from the arrival date you provide.
Don't worry about the wrong or early activation of the services you ordered, there is no chance that they will be activated without your approval. Expatrio's service is structured in such a way that the activation requires you to submit certain documents and unless you do that, the service will not be activated. That means that the arrival date alone is not enough for the activation and thus there's no risk for you in case the date is wrong.
Once you updated your expected arrival date, please refresh your page before downloading your insurance certificate again.
