Yes you can extend your blocked account from your User Portal and Expatrio App!
Please login to the Expatrio Portal and select Blocked Account. From here, you will need to select Extend/Apply.
- If the option 'Extend' is available, your blocked account currently has funds, and monthly payments are being processed.
- If the option 'Apply' is available this means that your Blocked Account payments have all been processed and there are no funds remaining.
From there, you will need to complete your extension request. Once submitted, it will be verified, and we will open your extension account.
You will receive an automatic email with the next steps when your account is opened.
Please note that extensions have the below mandatory fees:
- Set-up Fee €69
- Monthly Fee €5 per month
