Your Blocked Account details for money transfer can always be found in the Expatrio User Portal. You just need to LOG IN, visit the blocked account section under "Products" and look for the document that is called 05 Account Opening Confirmation.
When you open the document at the end of the first page you will find all the necessary information about your Blocked Account banking details which you can use to transfer the money.
Please do not be surprised that the recipient of the funds is you. You are not transferring the funds to Expatrio but rather to your own account maintained and serviced by Expatrio and MANGOPAY.
Don't have the 05 Account Opening Confirmation?
If you do not have the 05 Account Opening Confirmation in your account, the identification and verification of your application has not been finalized yet. If you have not received the Account Opening Confirmation email within two business days after application, we might need some more information from you. In this case, we would get back to you as well.
