If you need to amend the account details, please identify what is incorrect and follow the below instructions:
If the incorrect data is your first name, last name, date of birth, nationality or email address, please do the following:
- Submit a request that you would like to modify some information in your account (please specify what data should be altered).
- Before submitting your request to change the account details, please choose the category "Personal Data Change Request" so that the request is sent to the right channel. That will allow us to give the answer sooner.
- Once we receive your request, we will review your case and send you the updated version of 05 Blocked Account Opening Confirmation or, if necessary, ask for additional confirmations.
If the information you want to modify is not related to any of the above-mentioned profile details, you can update many details yourself. To do that follow the steps:
- Log in to the Expatrio User Portal.
- Click the menu and navigate to "Your Personal Data"
- Click "Edit" next to the necessary section and update the information which is incorrect.
