If you lost your access to the email address registered with your Expatrio account we recommend to contact the email provider and try to recover it.
If that is not possible and you want to change the email address connected to your Expatrio account, please send us an email including the below information:
- The email address currently linked to your Expatrio account
- The email address you want to be linked to your Expatrio account
- Your phone number as registered with Expatrio
- Postal code of your current address as registered with Expatrio
- Your date of birth

Good quality photo of your passport; please take a new photo, do not use one that you shared with us earlier.
You are welcome to share these details in a password protected file if you would like to protect your data. Please use your Expatrio user ID as the password if you decide to do this.
