When I am going to receive my reward?
Your reward will be paid out on a monthly basis in the first week of the month. Please note that the reward will only be approved for payment once the referrer buddy activates their Blocked Account or Health Insurance.
Where will the payment be sent?
Your rewards will be sent to your current account in Germany. Please keep your User Portal Information updated. If the details are not there, our Affiliate Team will contact you.
Can I change my current account details?
Yes, you are able to change it. Please do so by getting in contact with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
A request for another payment method is possible?
Yes. Please do so by getting in contact with us at email@example.com
What does the pending field mean?
On pending, you will see all the commissions that were not yet activated, which means that your refer buddy is not in Germany yet or has not activated the Blocked Account or Health Insurance.
Can my friend add my referral code after applying?
Unfortunately, no. Your friend must use your referral code when prompted and it cannot be applied after they have finished their application.
