What is the refer friends program at Expatrio?

If you are an Expatrio customer you have a unique referral code that you can share with your friends. If they apply for the Expatrio Value Package using your code, you will both get a reward after your friend activates the products in the Value Package! Your bonus will be €10, and your referred friend will get €15.

When will you receive your rewards?

The refer friend rewards are paid out on a monthly basis. Please note that the reward will only be approved for payment once the referred buddy activates their Blocked Account and Health Insurance.

Where will the payment be sent?

Your rewards will be sent to your Expatrio Bank Account* we have on file for you, i.e., the Bank account that you are receiving your Blocked Account payouts. If you do not have a valid IBAN on file, you will receive your reward in the form of an Amazon voucher for an equivalent amount.

Can I change my bank account details for the reward payout?

Yes, you are able to change it. Please do so by getting in contact with us at service@expatrio.com

What does the pending field mean? 

On pending, you will see all the commissions that were not yet activated, which means that your refer buddy is not in Germany yet or has not activated the Blocked Account and Health Insurance.

Can my friend add my referral code after applying? 

Unfortunately no. Your friend must use your referral code when prompted on the application flow and it cannot be added after they have submitted their application.

Who is eligible for the refer friends rewards?

All Expatrio customers can share their referral code and be eligible for referral rewards.

The referred friend must use this code when applying for the Expatrio Value Package.

You will both receive your rewards directly into your linked Bank Accounts once the referred friend has activated their Health Insurance and Blocked Account. If we do not have a valid IBAN on file, you will receive your reward in the form of an Amazon voucher for an equivalent amount.
