Before insurance activation

The german address listed on your TK health insurance preliminary certificate is Expatrio's address. 

It is only used for your application.

After insurance activation

Once you activate the TK health insurance on your user portal you can provide us with your actual german address and the official TK certificate will be updated with the new information. TK will also send the mails to your actual German address.
