Normally it takes less than 24 hours to receive your TK health insurance preliminary certificate after applying. However, the process might be prolonged if you are applying during the weekend or public holidays.

After the application of your health insurance, you will be able to access it by logging in to your Expatrio User Portal and checking the "Health Insurance" section and select "Public health insurance" on the menu.
