If you need to update your information provided on your DR-WALTER Insurance certificate for your Educare24 Insurance please do the following:

• Login to the Expatrio Portal
• Select 'Personal Data' in menu section
• From here scroll down to find Study Information
• Select 'Edit Information' in the bottom right corner

• You can make the necessary changes such as Arrival Date In Germany and your Estimated Month to leave Germany at the Study Information section.

Once saved, please refresh your page, then download the updated certificate from the 'Documents' section.

For any other changes you can submit a request by contacting the Expatrio Support Team, make sure to choose the category "Personal Data Change Request".

If you have purchased a standalone DR-WALTER insurance, please contact DR-WALTER directly.
