To receive the cashback for the blocked account set-up fee €69 of your Value Package, you will need to activate a combination of a Blocked Account and Health Insurance. Both public and private health insurance are accepted.
Don’t forget that you cannot receive the cashback if the Blocked Account or the Health Insurance are not activated and used. If you cancel the health insurance before activation, you will not be eligible for the cashback.

For TK insurance users, please make sure that you are activating your TK insurance via Expatrio user portal and not opening a new one with a new application ID. Otherwise, you will not be eligible for the benefits of the Value package (cashback, free ISIC card).
You can request the cashback payout via your Expatrio user portal after the health insurance provider (TK, ottonova or DR-WALTER) confirms your insurance status with us, which can take up to a month.
