The Expatrio Value Package is a combination of products necessary for your relocation and stay in Germany. Some of those products are required to get your visa. For example, Incoming Insurance and a Blocked Account. Other products will ease your life in Germany.
The Expatrio Value Package is split into 4 types based on the individual needs of each of the groups:
- Type A: for university students between 18-30* years old.

Type B: for university students (bachelor, master and exchange students) above 38 years of age that have no dependents and answered “no” to the health related questions

Type C: for university students above 30 years of age that answered "yes" to one of the health related questions, PhD students, language students, visitors of a Studienkolleg, study applicants, job seekers, Opportunity card applicants, and Au Pairs
- Type D: for university students between 18-37 years of age that answered "no" to health related questions, no dependants and opt for the ottonova Study secure Private health insurance.
Based on the type, the Value Package includes the following products:

- Public Health Insurance (required during your studies)

- DR-WALTER Provisit Student Private Health Insurance (required for your visa and stay in Germany)

- DR-WALTER Educare24 Private Travel Health Insurance (required for your visa and stay in Germany)

- ottonova Study Secure Private Health Insurance (required for your visa and stay in Germany)

With the Expatrio Value Package, you are all set for your visa application and future stay in Germany.
*If you are under 18 years and would like to open a blocked account or apply for Value Package with Expatrio, your parent can open the account under their name if the visa authorities accept this. Please bear in mind, in that case, your parent has to travel to Germany with you.
