In order to receive the cashback for the blocked account set up fee (€69) in your Expatrio Value Package, you need to activate the mandatory products of the package via your Expatrio User Portal.
Please note: your health insurance activation is usually confirmed by the providers in the next month following your insurance activation. Once all the products (blocked account and health insurance) are activated, you will have the option to request the cashback payout via your Expatrio user portal. The funds will be sent to the current account connected to your Blocked Account. The payout can take up to 2 weeks.
For users with TK Public Health Insurance, please make sure you activate your TK insurance via Expatrio and not directly through TK. Otherwise, you will risk losing your eligibility for the benefits of the Value package (cashback for the blocked account set up fee, free ISIC card). The cashback will be provided to you after TK insurance confirms your insurance status with us which can take up to one month.
