The Expatrio Bank Account* we offer is a German account with an IBAN starting with the country code DE, and it has an EUR currency by default.

Should you need to send funds to this account from abroad, we recommend to send the funds in EUR. If the sender bank can not send funds in EUR, we recommend to use the services of an international transfer provider that can convert the funds to EUR for you before forwarding them to your Expatrio Bank Account.
