You can receive DR-WALTER Incoming Insurance as a part of Expatrio's Health Insurance Plus or Value Package. 

You can find the incoming insurance certificate in your User Portal > Documents > Downloads > Insurance section.

If you do not have incoming insurance and can not find the certificate of your incoming insurance, it might be because you did not select the incoming insurance option during the application.
