You can receive DR-WALTER Incoming Insurance as a part of Expatrio's Health Insurance Plus or Value Package. 

You can find the incoming insurance included in the Provisional Certificate in your User Portal > Documents > Downloads > Insurance section. You will not receive a separate incoming insurance certificate. 

Please use this document for your visa appointment. It should be sufficient for your application.
