The SMS verification code is sent to the German phone number that you provided during the account activation process.
Below, you can find the reasons for not receiving the SMS code to your phone number.
- You gave the wrong or someone else's phone number. Please make sure that the phone number is German and belongs to you.
- The signal is not good. Please change your place and make sure your SIM card has good signals to receive SMS.
- You have an uncommon SIM card network that our baking partner does not have in its database. In that case, please send us the name of your network company.
If you tried multiple times and got banned for 12 hours to try again, you can either wait for 12 hours or go to the log-in page and click the "help" button for 5 seconds to clear the cache. (Please click here to get more details on how to clean your cache)
This will unpair your device and give you a chance to do the device pairing and change your phone number.
