Techniker Krankenkasse (TK) Public Health Insurance holders have their M10 Digital Confirmation letter sent to their university after Expatrio approves their health insurance application.
TK does this automatically; no steps are needed from your end after you submit the application!
You can contact your university to learn whether they have received the M10 digital confirmation from TK.
If you have changed your university details since you submitted your health insurance application with Expatrio or if your university did not receive the confirmation from TK within one week after your application was approved, please contact TK directly.
Before the health insurance activation, you can write to vertriebspartner@tk.de.
