You can set up and use a secure passcode to log in after passing the 2FA security code check sent to your registered email address. This enables faster access to your accounts without compromising security.
How can I create a Passcode?
After you give the one time verification code sent to your email address, you will see a screen recommending you to set up a passcode log in.
If you miss this page don't worry, you will be able to set a passcode when you pair your phone to your account during blocked account activation.
Plese click "Start set up" button to start the process.
On the next page you will be asked to choose a 4 Digit number as your passcode. Please type in and make sure it is a safe number, it will be your keys to your accounts.
Next page you will be asked to confirm the 4 Digit number you just set.
Then your login passcode is created!
With this passcode, you do not need to enter your other login credentials like user name or password, you can simply enter this passcode to log in to your Expatrio app.
How can I update my Passcode?
Please go to the Menu on the top right corner of your Expatrio Portal, click on "Settings" and there you will see below page:
You can click "Change login passcode" to update.
You will be requested to enter your existing passcode first, then the new passcode you would like to set up.
If you forgot your Passcode you can set up a new one
Please use your email to log in to your Expatrio App.
Afterward, you will receive a 2FA verification code to your registered email address.
Once you are on the App,
- Please click the Menu on the top right corner
- Then click "Logout" button
- On the next page, please click the "log out and unpair the device" button
- Please now try to log in with your email address and password. Repeat the process, and you will see a screen asking you to create a passcode without needing to enter your previous passcode.
