The Expatrio User Portal gives you a whole range of possibilities. In its core, it contains the following features:

• Check the status of your Expatrio products
• Self-service features for faster processes along your journey (e.g. uploading documents, editing some of your personal data, activating your products, and much more)
• Possibility to change your existing products (e.g. into the Value Package)
• Additional offers like Study Eligibility Checker, StudyBuddy, finding a job or finding accommodation in Germany

When you first log in to your account, you will be guided on a short tour to introduce you to the Expatrio User Portal and show you how to use it.
