Passcode login is an alternative way to log in to your Expatrio App rather than giving your email and password.

If you forgot your Passcode, please use your email to log in to your Expatrio App.

If you forgot your password as well, please click "Forgot your password?" on the log-in screen of the Expatrio App.

Afterwards, you will receive a 2FA verification code to your registered email address.

Once you are on the App,

• Please click the Menu on the top right corner  
• Then click "Logout" button

• On the next page you see, please click the "logout and unpair the device" button

This way you will have change to set up your passcode after you log in with your email and password again.

Please now try to log in with your email address and password. Repeat the process, and you will see a screen asking you to create a passcode without needing to enter your previous passcode!
