If you obtain a new passport, you don't have to close your account and create a new one. You can update your new passport information with us and use the same account you have.
Simply contact our service team using your registered email and provide a clear photo of your new passport, or upload it via Expatrio user portal following the instructions here.
After receiving your new passport, we will update the new passport information in our system and your documents for all products will be updated accordingly.
