• Digital Cards: Free, no delivery fees.

• Physical Cards: The cards are provided free of charge; however, delivery fees apply.

  • Standard Delivery:€7 (Untracked delivery, estimated delivery within 10 business days)
  • Express Delivery:€10 (Tracked delivery with updates, estimated delivery within 3 business days)

• How do I pay for the physical card?
  The delivery fees will be automatically deducted from your bank account*. Please ensure that your account has a balance of at least €7 - €10 to cover the delivery charges.

• Can I have both a Digital and Physical Card?
  Yes! You can set up a Digital Debit Card immediately and order a Physical Card if you wish.
