For using your personal bank account to connect to your Blocked Account,
- please go to the Blocked Account section on your Expatrio app
- Scroll down and you will see a button to change your connected bank account if your blocked account is already active (you are getting monthly payouts).
If you can not update your connected account details yourself for any reason, please send us a bank document that states your full name and the IBAN that you want to use for your future payouts. The document can be any document given by your bank, for example:
- Account statement
- Account opening statement
- Bank Letter
- Payment receipt
- IBAN/SWIFT Confirmation Letter
Please attach one of the above documents to your request and also write us your new IBAN and BIC. We will then manually update your connected account details for you.

Please note that your personal bank account has to be a SEPA (Single European Payment Area) account under your name.
Once your connected account details are updated, your blocked account payment schedule will be automatically updated, and your future monthly payments will be transferred to your new account details.
