We have several processes to activate your blocked account, depending on the type of blocked account you have and the country where your passport is from.
One of these processes is verifying your passport through a video call, with our banking partner's video verification provider, IDnow.
The video verification can be done in several languages. IDnow will detect the default language of your phone and if it is a supported language they will connect you to an agent speaking that language.
If your phone's language is not supported or the agent speaking that language does not pick up your case within a short period of time you will be automatically connected to an English speaking agent.
