Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive more than one monthly payout without a written confirmation from German visa authorities (German Consulates in your home country or foreign offices in Germany).

When the German visa authorities confirm that you can receive more than one payout, we will gladly assist you!

Can I receive my payouts for the past months?

Yes, we can transfer your monthly payouts up to a maximum of two months, and you can receive three monthly payouts at once when you activate your Blocked Account. Please bear in mind that you must have resided in Germany during these past months.

For that, please select your Payout start date during your blocked account activation accordingly.

If you miss selecting the payout start date during the blocked account activation process, do not worry. Please contact our customer support team with your passport entry stamp proving your arrival date, and they will see if you are eligible to receive the payouts retrospectively and assist you accordingly.
