You can go to the payment page from the Blocked Account status on your Expatrio App or User Portal and click on "MY PAYMENTS".
Afterwards, you will be in the payments page.
Click on the payment you would like to cancel and you will see the "CANCEL NOW" button.
You need to click that button to cancel your payment.
If you do not see a cancel now button when you click the payment, you already made the payment and uploaded your transfer proof document. In that case, please write to service@expatrio.com and we will cancel your payment!
Please note that cancelling your payment on the Expatrio user portal does not mean that the transaction is cancelled from your bank. You still have to cancel the payment with your sender bank.
