You can find the IBAN, BIC, and all other account details needed to deposit funds into your blocked account in your “Transfer Details” or “05 Opening Confirmation” document, after you initiate the payment on your Expatrio portal or app.
Here is how:
- Click on "My Payment" button in the Blocked Account page
- Please click on "Initiate Payment" button to initiate a new payment.
- Click on the payment you created. You will then see different buttons depending on your chosen payment method.
- If you have selected the Flywire payment method, please click on the "Flywire Transfer Details" button. You will then be directed to the Flywire website for transfer instructions.
- If you have selected Direct Payment in EUR, scroll down to the "Documents" section
- Click on the "Documents" to open it and download your 05 Account Opening Confirmation document.
- After your transaction, you can upload your transfer proof at the same section as well.
Tips:
- If you check your 05 Account Opening Confirmation you will see that you are listed as the recipient there. This is because your blocked account is under your name. It means that you should add your own details as the recipient/beneficiary account holder to the transfer to your blocked account.
Please note: Depending on your payment option, you may have a 05 Account Opening Confirmation or the button to "Flywire Transfer Details" page where you can download the bank details.
If you are not able to see the document there, it probably means your funds have arrived already!
You will not be able to find your transfer details/ 05 Opening Confirmation after receiving your 06 Confirmation letter.
