The identification and verification process has two parts.
- After you finished applying for the Expatrio Blocked Account online, we will perform a preliminary verification based on your uploaded passport.
- The second and final verification step will be done after your arrival in Germany. For that reason, we need you to finish the activation process via the Expatrio portal. You can learn about the activation process under the Activating Your Blocked Account section.
After that, you're all set.
