When will my first payout be sent from my blocked account?
The first payout date is the date that you pass the activation verification. After you successfully activate your Blocked Account, your first monthly payout will be instantly received to your Expatrio Bank Account* unless you have chosen another bank account provider. In this case, it can take two business days for your money to be received. You can also choose a different future payout date if you wish.

When do I receive my monthly payouts?
After the first monthly payout is sent when your blocked account is activated, you will always receive your monthly disbursements in the first week of each month at the latest.
We process the disbursements in the last days of the previous month to guarantee that your funds will arrive no later than the first week of the usage month.
This means that for example the funds for June will be transferred in the last days of May.
Please note: it can take up to two business days for your funds to reach your bank account after we transfer them, depending on your bank's processing times. Sometimes you might receive the funds a bit earlier or later due to bank holidays or weekends. You can find more information here.
Exceptional payouts or early payouts
There might be times when you need an extra payout or an early payout to cover your costs in Germany. Unfortunately, we can not do this at your request alone, but if you send us the written approval of the foreign office in your German city for the early payout, we will gladly assist you.

Unfortunately, written approval from the foreign office in your German city for pausing your blocked account monthly payouts is needed to stop the monthly payouts to your connected bank account.
