Is there a time frame to make the transfer?
Once you set up a payment on your Expatrio portal you should make the transfer by the end of the due date day (in the local time of the country of initiation) as mentioned in the transfer details document to avoid exchange rate fluctuations. The due date is set between 24 and 72 hours from the time when you set up the payment, based on the country of initiation.
What happens if I can't make the transfer by the end of the due date?
If you cannot make the transfer by the end of the due date, then you can refresh your transfer details document or cancel the payment and set up a new one.
You can do this by navigating first to your Blocked Account section under Products in your Expatrio Portal, then going to My payments, then finally to the payment in question. From here you will have to go to the Documents section, and use the 'RENEW' button there.
The amount you need to transfer will be updated with the up to date exchange rates and you will get a new due date too.
