Swift provides banks around the world with up to date bank list files (IBANPLUS) every month. The Swift codes of both of our banking service providers (Mangopay and Aion) are up to date and part of the monthly confirmation process from Swift.
If you can not set up a payment to the Swift/BIC code on your 05 Account Opening Confirmation we recommend to do the below:
- Make sure that you are setting up this payment as per your bank's requirements. Your choices when completing the transfer form (recipient country, currency, etc.) might affect the list of available Swift codes.
- Try to use the Swift code with or without the XXX at the end. BMPBDEF2 and BMPBDEF2XXX for Aion and MAGYLUL1 and MAGYLUL1XXX for Mangopay are all valid.
- Go to your bank in person to set up the transfer. The bank officer should be able to set up a payment for you, as this is a valid Swift code.
- Contact the customer support team of your bank. They should be able to tell you what to do in this case.
